Refund policy
We hope that you are happy with your jewellery, but we understand there are some occasions when you might want to return something. If you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. You must contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your order and return the item within 14 days.
The item must be in its original packaging and condition. You will not be refunded for postage.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item and it is faulty or we have made a mistake, please get in contact and we will offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
All jewellery must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery so that it will be fully insured.
