Shipping policy

It takes time to make something beautiful. 

We aim to dispatch most items within 3-5 working days.   Some pieces take a little longer to create so please allow 2-4 weeks, while the piece is being made here in the studio in Devon.  We will of course keep you informed.

If you need something in a hurry, or by a special date, please just let us know and we will do our best to deliver within your timescale.

Delivery to the UK

All jewellery is sent by Royal Mail at a flat fee of £5.

International and EU Orders

International Orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed at the cost of £12.50 per order.

 Please be aware that now that the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country.  The government of each country sets these duties and so are outside our control.  So please take this into consideration when placing your order. 

EU delivery time 3-5 days.

Worldwide 7-10 days.
